An Apple Music subscription lets you search and play any song from the Apple Music catalog. Without one, you can still use songs from your personal music library, built-in sound effects, or text-to-speech announcements.
Make sure you've granted WalkUp Songs access to Apple Music when prompted. Also check that your device isn't in Silent Mode — flip the switch on the side of your iPhone. If the problem persists, try force-quitting the app and reopening it.
Your teams and settings sync automatically via iCloud. Make sure both devices are signed in to the same Apple ID with iCloud Drive turned on. Changes may take a moment to appear on the other device.
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Remove Ads" to make a one-time purchase. This removes all banner ads permanently — no subscription required.
Yes! When assigning a song to a player, choose "Music Library" to pick from songs stored on your device. You can sync music to your iPhone via the Finder or iTunes.
WalkUp Songs requires an iPhone or iPad running iOS 18 or later.
